Intelligent Design – An intelligent design needs an intelligent designer, buildings need a builder, and an intelligent creation needs an intelligent Creator (Gen 1:1).
Science – The laws of science support the existence of God and His created universe. The Law of Biogenesis says that only living things can produce or create living things (Gen 1:1). The 2nd Law of Thermodynamics says that everything goes from order to disorder – everything falls apart (Gen 3-5). Mendel’s Genetic Laws verify that animals reproduce after their own kind (Gen.1:21-26).
The Bible – The Bible tells us about God because the Bible is from God (2 Pet 1:20-21 & 2 Tim 3:16-17). See “Evidence that the Bible is the Word of God.”
Jesus claimed to be God (John 14:9), people understood that He claimed to be God (John 10:30-33), Scripture confirms that Jesus is God (Col. 1:15-17). The Existence and Life of Jesus of Nazareth is historically indisputable. If Jesus is who He said He is, then God exists.
The Existence of Christianity is historically indisputable. The
original followers of Jesus would not have suffered and died for a lie. If Jesus did not claim to be God in a human body, did not die and rise from the dead on the 3rd day as He and Old Testament prophecy predicted, then those who witnessed these things would not have wasted their lives proclaiming the Gospel, enduring persecution throughout their lives and then die for what they saw and heard. 12 of 13 Apostles were murdered for their faith.
The fact is they did give their lives for the Gospel and as a result,
Christianity spread and transformed the world. The existence of
Christianity is evidence for the existence of God.
The Existence of Morals demands a moral lawgiver. Humans have sense of right and wrong because we are created in the
image of the Moral Lawgiver (God) – Genesis 1:26-28.
The Human Experience – Throughout history all people (mankind) have universally believed in a Creator/God. Since the time of Christ people/societies throughout the world have experienced universal transformation. This historic and universal belief in a Creator God is evidence for God.
No one piece of evidence is absolute evidence for the existence of God, however the amount of supporting evidence is compelling and persuasive. It certainly provides evidence beyond a “reasonable doubt”.
